Join Sunshine Jewelry & Arts on Saturday, May 13, 2020, at the 34th Annual Carthage Buggy Festival in Carthage, located eight miles north of Pinehurst in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. It promises to be the biggest and best yet, with an annual attendance of approximately 20,000. The Buggy Festival has grown into one of the biggest and best known festivals in the region.
